This fitness workshop is going to start your new year out with a bang. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and wear your favorite work out attire (Zyia of course!) - and get ready to have fun! There will be ample warm-ups, an amazing work out led by head trainer and owner of TFW Denver, a yoga session to wid down, an active wear fashion show, health and fashion vendors, raffle prizes, food/drink and more!!
Men and women of any fitness level are welcome to attend - the work outs can be modified to fit your needs!! Every paid registrant will receive a grab bag that will include a Zyia tank (women, girls) or shirt (men, boys), local business and vendor information, and coupons!
